Mark Shipman Director of PT Ponder Tanah Kelompok (Ponder Land Group), owner of Ponder Indonesia, is an Australian lawyer with over 30 years commercial experience in Indonesia and Australia. He understands the language and cultures and is well connected in private and government sectors both in Australia and Indonesia.

As Director he provides a steady oversight to ensures all transactions undertaken by Ponder Indonesia advisors are legally complaint, commercially effective and competently executed.

An Australian Interior Designer imported furniture and decorative items from Bali. The consignment arrived with major flaws in manufacture and product selection. Ponder Indonesia located the exporter and mediated the dispute to seek financial settlement of the importers claim.

An overseas investor was subleasing his Lembongan Villa. Our Due Diligence identified a number of missing documents required for the transfer of the lease and some tax irregularities.
